How much does it cost to rent your facility?

Our rental rates will vary depending on the day of the week (week days cost less then weekends), the time of day (afternoons cost less than 773.952.4062

Do I have to put up a deposit?

Yes, a deposit equaling half of the rental amount is required to secure your date.

What are your hours of operation?

We generally work by appointment.  Give us a call, and we’ll be happy to confirm a meeting time with you.

Can I use my own caterer? 

Yes, you are welcome to use the caterer of your choice, and for your convenience, we also have a great list of preferred caterers.

What is the capacity of your facility?

The first floor of our facility can accommodate up to 130 people; the second floor up to 170.  These numbers come down depending on the flow of your event (ie: sit-down dinner or mix & mingle).

Is there parking?

Yes, you can park for free on both sides of the street, and in the vacant lot on the south side of the building.

What’s included in the rental?

Tables and chairs are included with the rental, and we set them up for you, according to what you tell us you want. Also included with the rental, is one staff assistant.  Our staff person is there primarily for house-keeping needs. They will help keep the space and restrooms clean throughout your event.
